01 Whole households across UB5.
Semis and terraces on the residential roads, solidly built ex-council houses on the estates, and the larger property up towards Petts Hill. Priced on measured volume, because the loft, the garage and the shed are the difference between one trip and two — and none of them show on a floor plan.

Most Northolt maisonettes put the stair on the outside of the building, so every carton and every piece of furniture goes outdoors before it goes indoors. That changes the covering, the vehicle position and the crew size, and it is settled before anything is priced.

Unsure which you need? Describe it on the quote form. Questions covers what comes up next, and coverage shows where we work.
